Nancy has over 20 years experience in technical and leadership roles. She began her career as an Electrical Engineer with McDonnell Douglas Space Systems at Kennedy Space Center, Florida. She worked as the lead electrical engineer for Space Shuttle payload processing before pursuing a career in the Program Management Division. She served in a project management role for several years, with responsibility for a $100M per year program. It was during this time that Nancy made the transition into IT, managing multiple IT projects. Nancy left McDonnell Douglas in 1997 to accept a position with Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. (The Fund) in Orlando, Florida. She held a variety of IT positions during her 11 year tenure with The Fund, including several years as Senior Manager of Development and the last 3 years as Director for The Fund's Strategic Intelligent Title Plant Program. In October 2008, Nancy accepted the SVP/CIO position with PODS Enterprises, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida. In this position, she is responsible for developing and implementing PODS IT strategy which includes globalization throughout Europe and the Mid-East.
Nancy holds a BSEE and MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is a member in the Central Florida Chapter of the Society of Information Management (SIM), and is a 2005 graduate of the SIM Regional Leadership Forum. Nancy and her husband Michael live in Dunedin, Florida with their 3 young children. |
