Mark O'Gara is the Vice President, Infrastructure Management of Highmark, Inc.
Mark O'Gara is Highmark's Vice President of Infrastructure Management. Mark is responsible for the operation and strategic direction of the enterprise infrastructure. He supports the company's critical technology and application platforms to support Highmark's business objectives. He has developed and implemented an organizational strategy to improve efficiency, reduce cost and improve customer satisfaction. Infrastructure Management services include platform hardware and software, voice and data networks, output services, end-user technology, data warehouse technology, customer call centers and the Highmark data center. The Highmark data center was voted the top Green Data Center by Computerworld on February 15th 2008.
Mark is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He also received a Master of Science, Information Systems Management from the University of Central Texas in Killeen. |
