| Paul Theriault is Vice President of Global Professional Systems at XL Insurance. His responsibilities include strategic systems planning, development of business system solutions, budgeting, core applications systems support, and relationship management with sr. insurance business executives. Prior to joining XL, Paul was the insurance industry segment Director of Sybase, Inc.'s Worldwide Financial Services unit. In this role, he oversaw the development of client solutions and advances product and technology strategies specifically designed for the insurance industry. Paul's background includes 32 years of experience in evaluating and applying technology solutions to the insurance industry, with a strong background in project management, systems infrastructure support, strategic planning, and systems development. Prior to Sybase, Paul was the strategic insurance program manager for Lockheed Martin, and also held positions at Aetna and The Travelers. He graduated from Boston College. |
