Ms. Therieault's responsibilities include implementing processes and tools to assist senior executives in making effective decisions in selecting project initiatives, monitoring project execution, coordinating among initiatives competing for resources, and assessing results. Joyce is a business-savvy technology leader with 20+ years of experience and proven ability to integrate strategies, people, processes, and technologies to deliver desired objectives. She is a recognized change agent, delivering improved structure, discipline, and optimal use of existing assets to remediate obstacles and meet complex business challenges. Joyce helped implement two SAAS solutions at XL in the last year, an e-learning and a CRM solution. Before joining XL, Ms Therieault formed her own Project Management consulting company, Insurance Analytics, LLC and an Internet Consulting company, WWW Enterprises, LLC. Prior to her entrepreneurial roles, Ms. Therieault was a technology director for several large companies and has successfully completed a significant number of insurance, financial, and litigation related software implementations for Chubb, Hartford Steam Boiler, The Hartford Insurance Group, AIG, Phoenix Life Insurance, Hanover Group, LexisNexis (Insurity), United Technologies, Agency Management Systems (AMS), and Price Waterhouse. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Central Connecticut State University, Ms. Therieault went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Hartford. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute. She currently lives in West Hartford, Connecticut with her husband and two teenage daughters.
