| Janet Sienko has held a variety of positions over her 23 year career starting at CIGNA and now currently with Travelers for the last 3 years. She began her career as a Systems Administrator and moved into field customer systems support, which included various IT Project Management and team leadership roles. Over Janet's career, she has played an active role in early IT career management at both CIGNA and Travelers. Currently Janet has built and directs the Business Insurance Systems technical early career development program to strategically staff the future IT specialists and leaders within her organization. Janet has worked in the health field, consumer goods, and the insurance industry. She has participated in process improvement initiatives, streamlined inefficiencies along with resource management and people planning initiatives in both the business and enterprise systems space. |
