Frank Kupiec is the Director of Travelers IT Leadership Development Program, which is a 4 year rotational program designed to build future leaders at Travelers by providing foundational experiences early in participants, careers. He has been employed at Travelers since 2000, when he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount St. Mary College with a degree in Computer Science. Frank is also a graduate of the Travelers IT Leadership Development Program. Since starting at Travelers, he has worked in many organizations but has primarily focused on IT Infrastructure support before taking his current assignment in 2008.
The last few years of Frank,s career has been spent helping the participants of the IT Leadership Development Program focus on their accelerated career development by aiding them in finding challenging rotational assignments, building their leadership and technical skills, as well as helping them to develop their career goals. Another critical function of Frank,s role is recruiting talented entry level talent into the IT Leadership Development Program. Frank has found it extremely rewarding working with the young and talented future of our industry.
