Clint Mazur is a leader in CIGNA Information Technology and is an associate in the Emerging Leader Development Program (ELDP). Clint runs the day to day operations of the Technology Early Career Development Program (TECDP). These responsibilities require close interaction with the associates and their managers in the full-time, co-op and internship programs that make up the TECDP. Clint handles budgeting, hiring, career building, program deliverables and program direction.
Joining CIGNA in 1999, while still in high school, Clint"s experience includes application architecture, enterprise project management and quality assurance within both Operations and Application Delivery. In these roles, his accountabilities included individual Windows XP application migrations, automation activities, development of the Enterprise Application Portfolio and several enhancements to current business applications. While working on Project Switch as the enterprise project manager, he gained experience with the business to enable CIGNA to move into the small group and individual segment.
Clint has a passion for security and partners with CIGNA Information Protection on a regular basis either for training opportunities or best practices. When entering a project, Clint commits to solid deliverables and embodies the way we work together guiding principal.
