Suzanne's professional background includes a successful career of over 20 years with one of the largest providers of technology services in the world. Her expertise is in improving business performance of IT delivery processes on a global scale. Her accomplishments include implementing a program that doubled the on-time delivery of software projects within two years and spearheading a global team to accelerate software maturity to CMMI Level 5, the highest level.

Since December 2009, Suzanne has been working as a Senior Consultant within Progressive Insurance's Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), providing support for integrating project management functions with IT governance, workforce management, SDLC and enterprise architecture.

Suzanne is an active Board member of Community Challenge, a non-profit division of Recovery Resources, committed to keeping Cleveland's West Shore youth healthy and drug-free. She is a graduate of Miami University and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
