Mr. Hammond has over 25 years of experience within the manufacturing/distribution industry. He has extensive Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Improvement and Systems experience. He has a BS from Bowling Green State University in Mechanical Engineering Technology and an Executive MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College. Over the past 15 years he has had progressive IT leadership positions within Fortune 500 and smaller public and private organizations. Steve has been recognized with a Top 100 IT Leaders Award from Computerworld. Currently Steve is CIO at Kichler Lighting with responsibility for Information Technology and Continuous Process Improvement.
