Stephen has been in the IT industry for over 40 years. He has a wide variety of experience and has worked in numerous technical and management positions and disciplines. He is currently the Director of IT at ASW Global in Mogadore Ohio and has worked in Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, Local Government, and in Consultanting. Stephen has an AAS in Computer Science from CCC, a BS in Business Management from Lake Erie College, an MA in Military Strategy from the Naval War College, and a Masters Certificate from George Washington University in Project Management.

Stephen is a Certified Project Manager (PMP) and has earned a Six Sigma Greenbelt. He is also a retired Naval Reserve Commander with 37 years of military service.
