Mark is currently the VP, IT OPEX for Eaton Corporation in Cleveland with responsibilities for the global service desk and desk side support., all IT support and PMO processes, IT Governance activities including finance, asset management and SCM, and the IT HR activities including recruiting. Mark has held multiple positions within IT, including a group CIO role for one of Eaton's diversified business units, where his major accomplishment was deploying a single instance ERP solution on a global basis. Mark spent the first 15 years of his career in operations including shop floor management, SCM and manufacturing engineering. Mark has an undergraduate degree from Miami University of Ohio and a Master in Business from Western Kentucky University.
