Jerry is the Information Security Risk Manager for Grange Mutual Casualty Company. In his role, he identifies and studies risks, threats, and regulatory compliance requirements to develop the short and long term risk management strategy for Grange Insurance, Grange Life Company, Grange Mutual Credit Union, and Integrity Insurance.

His program has established policy and set direction on corporate information security initiatives such as Secure Mobile Computing, Peripheral Device Control, Whole Disk Encryption, Social Networking Security, Internet Security, Data Leakage Detection and Prevention (DLP), Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDS/IPS), Firewall Security, Security Event Management (SEM) Corporate Security Policy Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Database Security, Application Security, Business Development Security Integration, the Electronic Discovery and Data Forensics Program, and Consumer Data Security Management.

Jerry has more than 17 years of experience as an Information Assurance practitioner and has his CISSP, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and Masters of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University. He is a passionate risk management professional and an active member of the Information Security community as an attending member and regular speaker for the InfraGard, ISSA, HTCI, CSI, and "Friends of E-Discovery" organizations. He also serves on the executive advisory councils for the North Eastern Ohio SIM Chapter and the Central Ohio CSO Breakfast Club.
