As Director, IT Infrastructure for Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, Frank Flanagan leads a talented team of IT professionals through the swiftly changing technology landscape of the modern enterprise. Balancing the challenges of supporting a traditional corporate office environment, large remote distribution centers and over 750 stores, Mr. Flanagan is creating a landscape that incorporates consumer-centric technology into a mature enterprise portfolio in order to establish a best-in-class environment for collaboration and management of unstructured data while maintaining a secure, reliable service model.

Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Mr. Flanagan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. Mr. Flanagan's career has progressed through various industries, settling most prevalently in retail. His retail experience includes companies such as OfficeMax and Travel Centers of America, most recently joining Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores in 2006. Having rotated through management roles in Applications, Infrastructure and Project Management, Mr. Flanagan brings a well-rounded perspective to the challenges faced by enterprise IT organizations.
