Mr. Apostle is Vice President of Enterprise Technology Development & Innovation at Antares Management Solutions. He is responsible for directing the activities of information systems professionals supporting Antares and its customers, and implementing appropriate technology to improve service and reduce costs. He oversees all systems development activities including: Electronic Data Interchange, Web Applications, Financial Systems and Claims Adjudication Systems. He oversees the efforts of over 250 technology professionals.
Prior to joining Antares, Mr. Apostle was an Assistant Vice President at KeyCorp, a major Midwestern financial services company. In that capacity, he was responsible for the integration of newly acquired financial institutions into the KeyCorp processing environment.
He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He received his Bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University, with major concentrations in Computer Science and Industrial Psychology.
Mr. Apostle is a member of the Board of Directors of the Managed Care Executive Group ( www.MCEG.net ), a national group of senior information technology leaders, as well as the NorthEast Ohio Software Association (NEOSA), a regional group charged with promoting the advancement of technology in northeast Ohio. He also serves on the TriZetto and Emdeon Senior Advisory Committees. He is a member of the Health Action Council (HAC) of Cleveland.
Mr. Apostle has been quoted in various trade journals, such as Computerworld, E-Week, and Insurance and Technology. He has also been a featured speaker at various conferences including: AHIP Symposium, Faulkner and Gray, the International Summit on E-Health Insurance, and the Health Action Council of Cleveland.
