| Phil is a founding member, co-developer, managing principal and lead facilitator for Technology Executive Network, Inc., a for profit organization of Chief Information Officers of leading companies in the Chicago area, established in 1997. Prior to his current responsibilities with Technology Executive Network, Phil held a number of progressively more responsible management positions in accounting and finance with Fashionaire Apparel, Inc. (a subsidiary of Hartmarx Corp.), a leading manufacturer and distributor of tailored career apparel and uniforms marketed primarily to the fast food and transportation industry Fortune 500 accounts, where he was promoted to Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Fashionaire Apparel, Inc., Phil was a Senior Internal Auditor for Hart Schaffer & Marx Corporation (now Hartmarx Corp.) where he served as lead auditor for financial and operational audits of the retail and manufacturing subsidiaries. Phil received his BA in Accounting & Business Administration from Augustana College and in 1984 passed the CPA Exam. He completed several MBA courses at University of Illinois, Chicago. Phil completed the TDG, Inc. Leadership Learning Forum in 2002. Phil and his wife, Lisa, live in Naperville, IL with their daughter. |
