Steve Crawford has over 25 years in Information Technology spanning the manufacturing, distribution, utility, and public sectors. Steve has held several executive level positions guiding organizations through Global ERP software implementations both domestically and overseas. Additionally he has been responsible for both building and consolidating data centers. Currently, he is Vice President of Information Technology for Amarr Company, a leader in the garage door industry headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

In his prior position, he held the role of North American President/CIO for J.M.Voith's internal IT support organization - Voith IT Solutions Inc. Some of the other organizations that he has been associated with include: Owens Corning Inc, Engelhard Corporation, Arthur Andersen & Co., and Burroughs Corporation. Additionally, he has taught Management, Marketing, and Computer Technology Courses as an adjunct faculty member at several colleges.

Steve is a native of Roanoke, Virginia and earned both a MBA and BBA from James Madison University. He is Past President of the North Carolina Society of Information Management, which is comprised of executive level technology leaders in North Carolina and is an Advisory Board Member for the CIO forum and executive IT Summit.
