Mahendra Durai, Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Operations, BMC Software, leads the global infrastructure and information security organizations in BMC's IT organization. In this role, he champions and has ownership for the implementation of Business Service Management within BMC. For the past 20 years, he has held progressive IT leadership roles in multiple industries, bringing effective alignment of IT to business needs.

Mahendra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
