| Laurence Leong is currently Program Director, Compliance in the IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) unit of IBM Software Group. In this role, Laurence leads the product marketing and strategy team for Compliance, which includes content collection and archiving, records management, SAP archiving, and SAP and storage connectors. Laurence also works very closely with related teams for eDiscovery and Governance, Risk and Compliance spaces. Laurence previously led a team focused on IBM ECM solution strategy and business development in government, health care and life sciences and for cross-industry solutions such as Information Lifecycle Management. Prior to that role, Laurence was the Global Alliance Executive for Siebel in IBM Information Management. Laurence has been in the software industry for over eighteen years, with experience as a DB2 database administrator, programmer, development and product manager, channel / alliances manager and business development manager. Laurence is based in San Jose, CA. |
