Katie Tucker is a Senior Client Partner in the Atlanta office of Korn/Ferry International, focusing on the Advanced Technology Practice, specifically the Communications and Convergence and Software and Emerging Technology sub-sectors. She is also a member of the CIO Center of Expertise which is an overlay, functional practice that focuses on engagements conducted for the office of the CIO. She has conducted searches in all aspects of the technology marketplace, including hardware systems, enterprise and embedded software, communications service providers, internet service providers, and other emerging technologies. She has worked with a broad spectrum of organizations from multi-national, multi-billion dollar companies to pre-revenue start-up organizations. Positions filled have been senior level executive roles including chief executive, chief operating, chief service, chief marketing, and chief technology/ information officers. She has also conducted numerous second level management roles in all functional responsibilities.

Within the professional services arena, Ms. Tucker has conducted a number of information technology-focused management consulting projects, specifically business process outsourcing, call center services, network and infrastructure, and technology management and development. She focuses on placing executives whose expertise is translating business needs into organizational strategy to capture and capitalize on market trends and opportunities. Ms. Mitchell Tucker has been in executive search for thirteen years. She previously worked with Ray & Berndtson in Dallas, Texas where she concentrated on the technology industry sector. Ms. Tucker is a native of Tupelo, Mississippi. She holds an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters degree from Harvard University.
