Eric Threatt is Director of Solutions for The Carolinas, with responsibility for presales solution support activities and marketing planning, as well as acting as the prime interface to CIBER's national practices in IT Strategy, PMO design, Asset Rationalization, ERP and Business Intelligence.

Prior to joining CIBER, Eric was founder and CEO of Consultant Development Group (CDG). During his tenure at CDG, Eric provided business transformation, business/IT alignment, strategic planning, process improvement, change management and human capital development consulting services to many of the Fortune 100 including IBM, AmerisourceBergen, The Hartford Insurance Company, Progress Energy, McKesson and DirecTV. His latest assignment before joining CIBER was assisting the Corporate CIO organization at Wachovia with change management and communications relative to its merger with Wells Fargo and with other key projects.

In addition to his domestic and international work in IT and strategic consulting, Eric has provided consulting services and training and development services to many of America's top consulting organizations. His courses include instruction in consulting service quality, professional consulting skills, selling consulting services and process improvement. He designed the curriculum for the Certified Consulting Professional designation and is one of the instructors for the program. Eric is a published author on selling consulting services, change management and systems integration and is a regular public speaker on these topics. He is certified in Six Sigma and has been presented with a Gold Addy Award from the American Marketing Federation. His doctoral dissertation, "Professional Service Quality: Strategic Implications Affecting the Competitiveness of Consulting Firms" was one of the first applications of contemporary service quality theory to the consulting industry.
