  RLF is SIM’s leadership development program.   BDPA is a non-profit, member-focused organization that exists to provide professional development programs and services to position its members at the forefront of the information technology industry.

Since 1975, BDPA - Information Technology Thought Leaders (also know as Black Data Processing Associates) has served as an invaluable conduit between the information technology industry and all minority communities.

Through more than 40 local chapters across the country, BDPA offers career counseling, technological assistance, networking opportunities, workshops, competitions, and other activities to those eager information technology (IT) professionals seeking development and advancement.

BDPA cultivates opportunities to ensure the technical and professional development of its members in the information technology field.
