Ty Vaughan is the Executive for eCommerce, Mobile, Call Center, and Integrated Voice Response Channel Architecture at Bank of America, where he drives architecture strategy and transformation across the highest volume banking self service channels in the world (averaging 11M customer sessions per day and over 1.2B transactions per month). He is recognized as an innovative business and technology leader with a track record of leading high profile and technically complex strategic business initiatives from ideation through implementation. He has held senior roles at AT&T, Cingular Wireless, Northrop Grumman, and IBM in addition to key entrepreneurial roles in technology start-ups. Prior to his executive leadership roles, Ty specialized in technology innovation, program management, business process transformation and is a US Patent holder.

Mr. Vaughan received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the US Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics/Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School.
