Mr. Bulmer is Chief Technology Officer of Infrastructure Computing for Consonus Technologies. Steve is a highly qualified technologist and IT strategist with over 27 years experience in information technology; with expertise in architecture development to meet the business requirements of dozens of companies across many industries. He has a demonstrated proven ability to successfully architect and assist in deploying complex infrastructure investment projects valued at over $10M.
During the past thirteen years with Consonus Technologies (formerly Strategic Technologies), Steve has been responsible for evolving, supporting and delivering the company's services around mission critical datacenter computing infrastructures. He devotes the majority of his time managing Consonus' Consulting and Advisory Services (CAS) which provides customers with methods for architecting, designing, and sizing enterprise-class highly available geographic redundant, technical solutions. He remains at the forefront of applied technology, discovering new approaches to solving our client business needs, and overcoming the obstacles associated with technology advances. Steve is ITIL Foundation certified and consults with customers on improving processes within the IT organization for the sake of improving corporate capabilities through the application of technology.
