| Michele joined IBM in 2006 and has nearly 20 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management. She is driven to understand how information workers make decisions and choices based on trusted sources. From progressive experiences with leading vendors such as IBM, and formerly Open Text, Hummingbird, and PC DOCS, she brings thorough market and customer expertise as well as a background in technical sales and training. Michele is an active member of the ARMA and AIIM industry associations, and speaks regularly at industry conferences. Her recent records committee activities for ARMA include the eRecords Advisory Group (2003), the Chicago Conference Program (2005), eRecords Pre-Conference Chair (2006), Technology Advisory Council Chair (2005-2007), and the Election Management Task Force (2009-2011). Most recently, Michele joined the new AIIM ERM Community (http://ermcommunity.com/erm) as an Expert Blogger. |
